I recently completed Yoga Teacher Training at Nectar Yoga Studio. I highly recommend it, whether you want to teach, or if you just want to learn more about Yoga and about yourself. The classes are well-structured. Teaching covers everything from anatomy to asanas to teaching to philosophy. There is “book-learning” as well as a practicum. Kate is a fabulous teacher. She also brings in other teachers who have particular areas of expertise. You will be amazed at how much you learn. Last, but not least, you develop a real camaraderie with your classmates.

Coming to Nectar Yoga classes is always the highlight of my day! The instructors are wonderful, and the classes they teach are engaging and fun. Nectar Yoga Studio's YTT instilled the confidence in me to be the yoga teacher I am today. The time spent on teaching how to teach left me with a certainty in my abilities so I was able to teach at studios upon graduation. Not only did we learn asana and alignment, but we also discovered the deep philosophical side of yoga, which is the bulk of why I practice. I love Megan’s vinyasa classes. She is an amazing teacher who creates a welcoming, supportive environment while still offering a workout that is fun yet challenging. Her sequences are thoughtfully planned, flow beautifully, and always keep things interesting.
